I only use 2 egg yolks. More and it's just too eggy. Whites raw do not taste good in hot drinks - for anyone wondering. I skip the butter as we have no grassfed butter here and use cream for the coconut milk. Collagen should not be put in hot drinks. Only cool. I use my sugarfree coffee syrups for different flavors.
